What does your migration cost?
Our assistant takes you to an honest price indication in five short steps: source, target, data types, scope, result — and automatically checks what can really be migrated on your route. Our list prices at a glance
No hidden costs — our prices are public: an email migration costs 29 € per mailbox plus a one-off project fee of 200 € (300 € for on-premises sources such as Exchange Server). Calendars and contacts cost + 5 € each per mailbox, personal files + 19 € per user. All prices net, plus statutory VAT. Licences for the target platform (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) are not included.

Questions about pricing
Is the calculated price binding?
The calculator gives an honest price indication based on our list prices. The price becomes binding with the written fixed-price quote after the free initial analysis — that is where we check data volumes and special cases before committing to anything.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences included?
No. You buy platform licences directly from the provider (or we advise you on them). Our prices cover the migration of your data.
What happens with items marked “on request”?
Some components (e.g. SharePoint sites, public folders, or calendars from Exchange and Zimbra sources) depend heavily on the individual case. Simply select them in the assistant — we check them in the initial analysis and price them individually in the quote.
Does business continue during the migration?
Yes. Most of the data is transferred in the background beforehand while your team keeps working. On the cut-over date a delta sync picks up the latest changes — the switch itself is short.
How quickly can we start?
After your enquiry we usually get back to you within one business day with the next steps. Discovery and the test migration are usually completed within a few days.
