What do you carry out the migration with?
With our own, self-developed migration software. We have full control over every step and move your data exclusively via our own servers in Germany and the EU. GDPR-compliant, with no third-party cloud services.
Between which providers do you migrate?
Between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, IMAP/POP servers and other providers. Virtually any combination is possible, including cross-platform.
Does anything get lost during the migration?
No. Every email, calendar entry and file is transferred and then checked against the source per object. You receive proof of completeness.
Does our business keep running during the migration?
Yes. The bulk of the data is transferred ahead of time in the background. The actual switch-over happens in a short, planned window with minimal downtime.
Where is my data processed?
Exclusively on our servers in Germany and the EU. Processing is carried out under the GDPR, with a data processing agreement on request.
What does a migration cost?
After a free initial analysis you receive a transparent quote, at a fixed price on request, depending on the number of mailboxes and data volume.
Do you also migrate from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace (and vice versa)?
Yes. We migrate cross-platform in both directions — from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and the other way round — as well as between two tenants of the same provider.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the data volume and the number of mailboxes. The bulk runs ahead of time in the background; the actual switch-over happens in a short, planned window. After the free initial analysis we give you a concrete time frame.
What gets migrated — and what do I need to recreate on the target?
Emails, calendars, contacts, files and groups are transferred and verified per object. A few platform-specific items — such as mailbox delegation, inbox rules or SharePoint site-level permissions on Microsoft 365 — are listed in the completion report so they can be recreated on the target.
