Our list prices
- Project fee: 200 € one-off for cloud sources (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IMAP hosting, archives, cloud storage), 300 € for on-premises sources such as Exchange Server.
- Emails & folders: 29 € per mailbox, including delta sync and validation.
- Calendars and contacts: + 5 € each per mailbox.
- Personal files (OneDrive ↔ Google Drive): + 19 € per user, up to 50 GB included.
- Volume discount: − 10 % on the mailbox total from 50 mailboxes, − 15 % from 100; from 250 mailboxes we quote individually.

The factors that determine the price
- Number of mailboxes/users: the most obvious factor — more mailboxes mean more effort, with a volume effect.
- Data types: email only is cheaper than a complete move with calendars, contacts and personal files.
- Source platform: on-premises sources such as Exchange Server need more setup effort than cloud sources, hence the higher project fee.
- Special cases: shared mailboxes, public folders, Teams/SharePoint or hybrid identities are priced according to effort in the quote.
- Data volume: we check it in the free initial analysis; personal files are included up to 50 GB per user.
How the binding fixed price comes about
Reliable fixed prices are not based on guesswork but on a free initial analysis: number of mailboxes, data volume, data types and special cases are recorded. This results in a clearly defined scope of work and therefore a robust price without surprises.
Hidden costs to watch out for
- Licence costs for the target platform (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) are not part of the migration itself, but they are part of your total costs.
- Follow-up work such as setting permissions, signatures and forwarding should be included in the quote.
- Validation: without object-level checks, providers save effort, but you lose the proof of completeness.
What lowers the price
Good preparation reduces the effort: tidied-up mailboxes, a clear list of functional addresses, a defined target structure. A realistic schedule with enough lead time for the pre-migration also helps to avoid peaks and therefore costs.

Is there a fixed price for the migration?
Yes. After a free initial analysis (number of mailboxes, data volume, data types, special cases) you receive a binding fixed-price quote. Before that, our public list prices and the price calculator give you a reliable indication.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licence costs included?
No. You pay platform licences directly to Microsoft or Google. Our quote covers the migration service: planning, transfer, validation and handover.
What does migrating 25 mailboxes cost?
With emails and calendars 1,050 € net: a 200 € project fee plus 25 × 34 €. Adding contacts and personal files brings it to 1,650 € net. For an in-house Exchange Server the project fee is 300 € instead of 200 €.
From what size do you quote individually?
From 250 mailboxes. Below that, the list prices apply, with the mailbox total dropping by 10 % from 50 mailboxes and by 15 % from 100. The project fee is not affected.
What does the initial analysis cost?
Nothing. We review the number of mailboxes, data volume, data types and special cases and only then name the fixed price. Until then you incur no costs.
